Vehicles
MAT Limousinen consists of impeccable vehicles and are all the latest models.
Chauffeurs
MAT Limousinen provides only trained, professional chauffeur who speak English, German and Greek.
Reservations
Reservations can be made following the instructions on our official website or by e-mail, or telephone (after written confirmation). The reservation is binding as soon as MAT Limousinen confirms the reservation.
Please note that you cannot hold us responsible in case of incorrect information.
Child seats
Child car seats are available on request.
Luggage
When choosing a vehicle, consider the amount of luggage allowed and the number of passengers.
Extras
Skis, bikes and dogs must be marked in the "extras" in the booking form in order to assign a suitable vehicle.
Payment & Terms
Cash, Twint and Credit cards
Credit cards are accepted such as American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
Direct invoicing upon request, followed by a written confirmation by MAT Limousinen.
To protect your credit card data, we use SSL technology, and your data is perfectly safe.
Cancellation policy
If orders are canceled, the customer will be charged the costs for our activities in accordance with our cancellation conditions. These are as follows:
- Up to 24 hours before the start of the order: No charge
- 24 – 4 hours before the start of the order: 50%
- 4 hours before the start of the order or no show: 100%
- A refund of 15 francs will be charged to the card (bank fee)
Complaints
A complaint arising out of an executed order by MAT Limousinen should be submitted in writing to ! "
Liability
MAT Limousinen doesn’t accept any liability for Force Majeure, traffic delays, technical breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information (as supplied by customer) and any other item/situation beyond the control of MAT Limousinen.
Legal venue
Any dispute arising directly or indirectly out of a contractual relationship shall be handled exclusively by the courts of Zurich, and Swiss Law shall be exclusively applicable.
